How It Works

Once we receive your order we will get right to work preparing it.

For custom framed orders we paint your frame and then attach hardware and hanging wire to the back of the frame. Then we adhere the tiles to the frame using a premium grade commercial wood glue. We dry our frames in a low heat, zero humidity environment so they’re quickly ready for delivery. Framed tile pieces arrive fully assembled and ready to hang.

Typically distressed framed orders ship out the day after they are ordered, and solid frames ship out two days after they are ordered (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you live in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, the Gulf Coast or surrounding areas you should receive your package VIA UPS the following day regardless of delivery options chosen. Although this is not guaranteed, its rare a package takes longer so we always recommend choosing ground shipping in these areas to avoid extra expenses.
