What material are the tiles and coasters made from?

They are made from a tumbled marble that is quarried in the Southern region of Spain.

What carrier do you use to ship?

Unless otherwise stated we ship via UPS.

How long does it take for a framed tile piece to be mailed out after ordering?

Typical turnaround is 3 days from when the order is placed. Solid color frames take an additional day as they are painted to order.

Do you offer custom work?

We do offer custom work. If you have special photos, artwork, company logo etc. that you would like on stone we can do that for you. We charge a set-up fee for the custom work and then the rest is our standard product cost. We accept all forms of graphic files. JPG, .PSD, PNG, AI, PDF. Please see the custom tab for more details.

Are all the stones the same?

Our tumbled marble is not machine manufactured. Each tile is different and has it’s own character. The differences in the tiles make for a very unique and artful collection.
